We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order.

Tips:Because of the particularity of cosmetics, we do not agree to return the product if there is no quality damage to the product.

Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded.


(1)If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the item(s) at so we may verify the damage.We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.
(2)If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received. We recommend referring to your confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.
(3)If you just don't like to return it, you can contact our customer service and they will provide you with the address

In case of a refund, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If you pay by PayPal, the refund will arrive immediately. If you use other payment methods, it depends on the arrival time of the bank card. Generally, it will arrive within 3-5 working days.
